JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Services Specialist, your attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaborative spirit are at the heart of your role, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various teams to plan, implement, and monitor campaigns across multiple channels. Your ability to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively makes you a key player in driving campaign success. This position can be based in Cleveland or remote in the eastern or central time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating the execution of paid advertising campaigns across multiple online channels, including programmatic display and social media.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
Ensuring all campaign assets are compliant with publisher advertising policies.
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Maintaining detailed records of campaign activities, timelines, and results.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of campaign processes and strategies.
Provide email and phone support to clients, users, and advertisers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately, ensuring proper follow-up and client satisfaction.
Actively participating in team meetings, providing input on campaign strategies, and sharing best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
Ability to think critically and objectively.
Strong ability to manage and track multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in using common business tools such as SalesForce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software as needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proactive in identifying potential issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience in a marketing, advertising, or related role.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Experience with helpdesk software such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience.
